Legal Nurse Consultant The candidate will analyze medical records; compile medical chronologies and summaries of medical records; research nursing and medical literature; identify standards of care, causation and damage issues; locate and consult with nurse and physician experts; and collaborate in the preparation of pertinent legal pleadings and provide deposition and trial support. Should have a strong educational and clinical background. Should also have law firm or case management experience, preferably with experience in long term care and or acute care, and outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal).
