Our client, a growing mid-sized law firm, is seeking a Legal Nurse Consultant with at least five years of experience in Medical Malpractice litigation. This position requires the ability to deeply research and understand medical records in the context of litigation, and to work closely with the attorneys to explain the effects of treatment and medications and help establish trial strategy. This person must be a self-starter, able to work “heads down” with little direction from attorneys. The Legal Nurse Consultant must have expertise with medical chron files and researching expert testimony, as well as ready access to reliable transportation, as some local travel may be required.
