JOB GROUP SUMMARY

POSITION SUMMARY
Participates in the development and ongoing implementation of QM Work Plan activities. Improve quality products and services, by using measurement and analysis to process, evaluate and make recommendations to meet QM objectives. Use HEDIS database to run abstraction process and provider profiling. Work cross functionally to drive quality improvement and to engage provider network and DPCI employees in HEDIS process. Must be able to work independently and as the leader of a team to manage and complete a time sensitive annual project, maintaining budget and quality focus.

EDUCATION
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.

LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS

  • Registered Nurse (RN) is required
  • Certified Professional in HealthCare Quality is desired
  • Registered Nurse (Certified) RNC is desired
  • Certified Legal Nurse Consultant is desired
