Downtown Las Vegas law firm has an excellent career opportunity for an experienced Legal Nurse Consultant to join its medical malpractice defense team. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing, organizing and evaluating medical records; preparing comprehensive medical chronologies; identifying, screening, retaining, and consulting with expert witnesses; and assisting attorney with deposition preparation, expert witness preparation and all aspects of trial, including preparing exhibits. The candidate must also be comfortable and familiar with trial software.
The firm offers a competitive salary based on experience. Benefits include paid medical, 401k contributions, membership dues and fees and more.
Candidate must have prior Legal Nurse Consulting experience as well as a broad clinical knowledge base. Candidate must also exhibit strong wring and analytical skills as well as maintain a current active Nevada nursing license in good standing.
