Clinical Research Budget Consultant (Grants & Contracts)
Clinical Research Budget Consultant assists with the optimal application of the Federal, State, and local laws, guidance documents, and VU Institutional policies while meeting the objectives of the VU research community. Consults on complex clinical research and regulatory issues in conjunction with the research team(s) to identify solutions and develop improvement processes. The Clinical Research Budget Consultant researches topics of departmental, institutional or strategic importance.
Basic Qualifications:
This position requires Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 72 months of relevant experience.
Licensure, Certification, and/or Registration :
This position requires a Registered Nurse license.
Preferred Education, Skills and/or Experiences:
The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting clinical research trials and research administration including developing and negotiating clinical research budgets, management of clinical research accounts, reconciliation of patient charges and other budget expenditures.
