We currently have a Full-time opening for a Registered Nurse to join our Golden Health Family Medical Center located in Elko , NV . This person will be responsible for providing nursing care to client employees and their dependants at the Health Center .

Additional Responsibilities Include:

Using nursing skills to evaluate patient care needs, prioritize treatment and maintain patient flow.
Conducting a nursing assessment by taking a patient history and physical assessment and by obtaining vital signs and other medical tests.
Providing treatment within scope of practice as defined by the state law.
Collaborate with Physician or other Licensed Practitioners to arrange further medical treatment, when needed.
Conducts appropriate laboratory tests and quality control procedures when directed.

Requirements

Certificate from an accredited Nursing School or Associates’ degree (A.S.) is required.

Minimum 1-3 year’s experience as a RN/LPN in a family practice, urgent care or emergency room setting required.

Current unrestricted state licensure required

Current BLS/CPR certification required through AHA or ARC required.

Assistant Administrator-Legal – Assistant Administrator

This position supports the National Legal Department and National Legal Administrator by managing department support staff located at the Ordway Building office of the Legal Department and assisting the National Administrator with a variety of department administrative functions.

Essential Functions:

* Manage support staff and daily operations of Ordway location to ensure that Department goals and business needs are met. Duties include hiring of support staff, goal setting; performance management; human resources; compensation recommendations; administrative staff orientation and training on all aspects of support duties.

* Coordinate semi-annual and annual support staff performance reviews by gathering input from attorneys, writing and delivering review documents. Coach and counsel staff throughout the year. Communicate with attorneys regarding staff performance, work load balance on an ongoing basis. Make recommendations regarding compensation.

* Promote a team environment and provide work direction and guidance including coaching, professional development and training. Develop and promote a dynamic and responsive administrative support operation and resolve grievances. Develop communication mechanisms between staff and attorneys.

* Manage all aspects of the facilities, including space requirements, office supplies, furniture, equipment and similar needs.

* Provide leadership on Legal & Government Relations Department projects, including planning, definition, development and deployment of the solution; continued participation as a review team member. Ensure projects are completed on schedule following established procedures and timelines. Prepare project status reports, memos, plans.

* Provide technical support and training to users on various Legal Department applications and databases (i.e., MS Office, DM5, eCounsel, Lotus Notes, Atlas LCC and other applications).

* Assist the National Administrator in the development and implementation of new or revised procedures and processes related to the department; gather, analyze and organize data, define problems and recommend solutions to upper management; provide analysis of recommendations and expected outcome.

* Assist the National Administrator and Department Financial Manager in the budget planning process and with routine variance and forecast reports.

* Support other department-related activities such as conference planning, data gathering and analysis.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years supervisory experience required, to include supervision of legal administrative support staff.
- Minimum 7 years experience in the overall management and administration of a law office or corporate legal department required.
- Demonstrated ability to provide first level technical and end user software support required.
- Proficiency with MS Office, including MS-Excel required.
- Experience with other database systems required.
- Demonstrated ability to provide end user training on basic legal support staff duties and on a variety of applications, including MS Office.
- Demonstrated excellent organization and time management skills required.
- Experience in a legal environment required.
- Bachelor’s degree or four additional years of equivalent experience in business administration

Preferred Qualifications:
- Project management experience a plus.
- Paralegal or equivalent experience desirable.
- Strong accounting background desirable.

Maintains medical records using (In some health centers it may be using Electronic Medical Record software).
Maintains a clean and safe environment. Follows infection control procedures.
Maintains patient privacy and confidential patient information.
Participates in follow up phone calls and follow up patient visits.
Other duties as assigned.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

· Certificate from an accredited Nursing School or Associates’ degree (A.S.) is required. Bachelor’s degree (BSN) from four-year college or university is preferred.

· At least three years experience as a Registered Nurse in an emergency room, occupational health clinic or other ambulatory care clinic .

· Currently licensed Registered Nurse in state of practice required

· Current training in AHA or ARC Basic Life Support for health care providers is required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services.

· Knowledge of Internet software, Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge and experience with Electronic Medical Records
