DeltaForce is currently looking for a nurse paralegal for a large international law firm with offices in Midtown Manhattan.  This is a long term assignment and will require at least 40 hours per week in the office.  We anticipate that this assignment will last a minimum of 3 months but may run longer.

Our client is looking for nurses with prior legal nurse consultant experience/nurse paralegal experience, clinical background with at least 10 years in critical care and/or emergency room experience. Job duties will include: Fielding and troubleshooting daily record collection issues; providing medical issue support for national discovery teams that don’t have nurse support; advising national discovery team on what records are relevant and what are not; medical research and analysis; review and input of information into master database to analyze criteria and trends across the national litigation; review medical records and draft summaries and chronologies; coordinate review of medical records and case preparation in advance of depositions; analysis of product identification; special case related projects; manage own case load and other duties as assigned.
